Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following terms:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus:
• Non-refundable original shipping cost
• Return shipping cost (if we provide a return label)
• The 10% restocking fee
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Hygiene or personal care items (cosmetics, face masks, etc.)
• Gift cards

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
